With the rapid development of information technology,educational informatization has been increasingly emphasized.In the past ten years process of educational informatization construction,there has been substantial progress in related construction scale and capital input.However,there has been some problems,especially the regional educational informatization development bottleneck of high input with low output.In order to realize the balanced development of quality educational resources,it is necessary to introduce relevant theory of performance evaluation in the field of scientific management,evaluate the input and output of the regional education informatization process.Scientific and reasonable performance evaluation of educational informatization can diagnose problems of educational informatization,guide and regulate the development of educational informatization to an ideal state,and to improve the application efficiency of the educational informatization.This thesis is based on the reference of papers,books,network and related policy documents in china and abroad,which are related with performance evaluation of educational informatization.The author summarized the factors affecting the development of middle school educational informatization into five key indicators,namely,school information infrastructure construction,teachers information technology application ability,school-based resource database construction,organization and management,and school management informatization.During the selection process of the two-level key indicators,according to the selection principle of science and reliability,the author fully consulted the experts' opinions and suggestions,decided index value and rank coefficient,designed the evaluation table which is in accordance with the information performance of general high school education,and evaluated the school educational informatization work on the basis of the evaluation table.Taking Taian No.1 Middle School as a study case,the author carefully designed the performance evaluation questionnaire of high school education informationization by email and field interviews to survey and collect the relevant information and data,preliminarily processed the collected data,and finally used the evaluation table toevaluate the informatization of ordinary high school education.Through the analysis of the survey results,the author found the existing problems of education informatization construction in Tinaian No.1 Middle School.There is a hidden danger in the campus network.There are drawbacks in the integration between information technology and classroom teaching.The utilization rate of information teaching resources is low.There is no incentive mechanism based on performance evaluation.The compatibility of information management platform system is poor.On this basis,the author put forward corresponding measures.They are protecting the school network information security,improving the teachers ability of information technology and curriculum integration,improving the utilization rate of school informatization teaching resources,improving the incentive mechanism which is based on the performance appraisal system,and improving the efficiency of information management system.Gradually,we can attain the target of improving the level of middle school education informatization.
