Classroom management behavior is an important factor in the quality of teaching. However, the ignorance and the insufficiency of effective research in pedagogy of china make teachers lack scientific behaviors, which low the teaching efficiency and have a negative effect on the development of students'personality. In recent years, many scholars attach importance to classroom management behavior with it becoming the monographic study and its position rises in practice. So ,dose classroom management behavior of teachers improve? I consider the study of classroom management behavior of the outstanding teachers is of great significance to investigating the quality of all the teachers.The paper consists of four parts:Introduction: this part addresses the cause,significance and framework of the research.Chapter one: this part introduces the main Classroom management models and the inspiration they give us. Besides, this part describes the stages of our country'research in the Classroom management behavior and its contents.Chapter two: this part discusses the bases in theory from the perspective of Management Science,Psychology and Teaching Methodology.Chapter three: this part analyzes the datum of the empirical investigation into classroom management behavior of outstanding teachers and advices are given.Chapter four: this part shows tactics of classroom management behavior on the base of the three preceding chapters.
