Knowledge and skills, processes and methods, emotional attitude and values of teaching was established in the new course, classroom management Classroom management should adhere to the vision of development, and should be changed from emphasizing on regulations to emphasizing on guide and inspired, tin order to promote the holistic development of students. Needless to say, whether in educational research or in teaching practice, research on classroom management behavior of teachers is still not enough, There is widespread classroom management issues influent teaching effectiveness and student development in the current classroom teaching.In view of thinking, this paper bases on existing research of classroom management behavior at home and abroad, the study identify as primary school teachers, try to research and analysis classroom management behavior of primary school teachers, reveal many problems in classroom management, then propose strategy recommendations about optimizing classroom management behavior of primary school teachers on the analysis of reasons. Main ideas are as follows:Chapter One:Introduction. Chapter one describe the research purpose, significance, and research ideas,methods on the basis of introducing the study of classroom management situation and the study of new requirements of new curriculum in classroom management.Chapter two:The theory of classroom management of behavior. First, rearrange the content of classroom and management, and interpret tentatively on the concept of classroom management and classroom management behavior. Second, discuss the theoretical basis of classroom management behavior, which was the theoretical basis of reflection and enrichment of classroom management behavior.Chapter three:Investigate and analyze current classroom management behavior of primary school teachers.Through research, we found that the current behavior of primary teachers in classroom management in general are inconsistent with the management concepts; In maintaining good student behavior, performance control tendency, do not pay attention to incentive the students for good behavior; teachers in self-management of the fairness is not enough; in the management of problem behaviors of students lack the science methods; in the environmental management, the regulation of the classroom physical environment is not enough emphasized on, with a lack of emotional expression to students; in reflection, the conscious awareness reflect of classroom management behavior is weak. To solve these problems, two major factors from the subjective and objective analysis the causes of classroom management behavior issues.Chapter Four:Based on the analysis of problems and influencing factors in classroom management, propose strategies and recommendations of optimizing classroom management behavior. First of all, to establish and improve the evaluation mechanisms and training mechanisms of teacher classroom management behavior, in the external environment, support the changes of teacher classroom management behavior; Second, teachers must change not advanced concept of the classroom management, which requires teachers:first, improve the cultural consciousness,reshape the authority of teachers, and second, establish a people-oriented classroom management ideas, from reflective habits; Finally, teachers should focus on the establishment of effective classroom rules, generating a healthy classroom interaction, creating a positive classroom environment and communicate with parent timely, to improve the effectiveness of classroom management in concrete actions.
