Main ideas are as follows:Chapter One:Introduction. Chapter one describe the research purpose, significance, and research ideas,methods on the basis of introducing the study of classroom management situation and the study of new requirements of new curriculum in classroom management.Chapter two:The theory of classroom management of behavior. First, rearrange the content of classroom and management, and interpret tentatively on the concept of classroom management and classroom management behavior. To solve these problems, two major factors from the subjective and objective analysis the causes of classroom management behavior issues.Chapter Four:Based on the analysis of problems and influencing factors in classroom management, propose strategies and recommendations of optimizing classroom management behavior.
