The class managing has been existed in the teaching field for a long time, and the problem on the action of the class managing has been one of the problems which trouble teachers. Therefore, how to manage the class effectively is a great challenge which is facing them. And in what way to manage the class is a decisive and an important element which influences students' development. Through this aspect and by observing the class supervising influenced by the new concept this paper is trying to do a significative research on the class supervising through experience .In the realistic classroom instruction, how was the classroom administration behavior of the primary teachers ? The quality analysis method was used through experiencing in a key primary school, communicating with the teachers, listening to the lectures, observing the teachers' behavior, observing, etc.. Through talking with primary teacher, facing the fact straightly, participating in the course, and from the four respects of the environment establishment and regular setting-up of the classroom, I found that the primary teacher is in the management practice field of the classroom, though they have the consciousness of democracy, but lack the management of democracy, a great deal of problems exist. There are not only teachers' attainment ,but also teachers' own factors, teachers' attainment include teachers' occupation consciousness and teachers' knowledge , teachers' own factors include their length of teaching, background of growing up, education, etc; There are a great deal of external factors too, for instance, traditional culture, the teacher evaluation system, teacher' colony, teachers' training etc..Therefore, I think to realize the transition of the administration behavior of the classroom the primary teacher ,They need to set up a series of security mechanism from the outside, Ensure the transition of teacher's administration behavior of theclassroom from system at the same time --Perfect the system culture that theschool organizes, do a good job of the external key link that supports --Perfect the appraisal system of the school, and start with the concrete link -Perfect the training behavior in the classroom, at the same time ,teachers should change themselves inherently: it includes to upgrade classroom management's idea, to improve appealing of classroom instruction, to improve teacher's own quality and classroom management level, through doing so, I would like to offer the chance reviewed to the research objects and other teachers similar in situation and help the elementary...
