Classroom is a place for teachers and students to do some activities. In school teaching, classroom management has been a long-term presence and classroom management behavior has become one of the most concerned problems for teachers. In order to develop and respond to the new curriculum reform, all regions have begun to implement the new curriculum reform,in order to find a suitable way for education.Under the new teaching mode, teachers how to carry out a effective classroom management, and the concept of the new curriculum in the classroom management behavior of teachers can be embodied, has become the key to the reform.The paper from this point of view to observe the new teaching mode of primary school teachers' classroom management behavior and try to explore the practical meaning of the classroom management behavior. The qualitative research method in this study will be adopted,I have gone to a primary school which is implementing the "heart class" teaching mode in Luoyang.Though the way of lectures,video record to record the behavior of teacher in order to analysis the management behavior of teachers in the new curriculum from five aspects, include physical classroom environment settings, teacher behaviors (verbal and nonverbal), students' self management, classroom routine and group management. Then I can get the analysis and evaluation of teachers' classroom management behavior. As a realistic sample, this mode is expected to provide some valuable reference for the implementation of the classroom management concept under the new curriculum reform.Compared with the traditional classroom management, the classroom management behavior "heart class "mode has obvious changes: teachers' acts become more inspiring;students' self management be more initiative; students' participation in classroom become more positive; teachers and students be more harmonious. But the results also found some problems: students' self management skills team is weak, lack of management in group cooperation, ;the classroom was stylized.As a new attempt, the "heart class" model provides a new way for the curriculum reform,and also has a new breakthrough in the classroom management behavior,which provides a practical reference for the development of the curriculum reform in the future.
