The Research About The University Employment Information Network In Hebei Province

With the deepening of the Employment system reform and the expanding higher education enrollment,employment of university graduates is apparent and become a hot issue. According to documentation requirements and the development of the situation, colleges build up their own employment information nets. The University Employment Information Network is designed for students and enterprises. Their view is to improve the employment rate of university graduates. Based on the theoretical foundation of information services, the author surveys the conditions of service of the University Employment Information Network in Hebei Province.In this paper, the author use bibliometric, network investigation, statistical analysis, Analysis synthesis, summarized and so methods. The author used the Internet to survey the University Employment Information Network of Hebei in order to survey the services of information. During the investigation, the sites are divided into four parts. They are recruitment/employment news, career guidance, employment services and employment management. These four parts are subdivided into many sub-projects. In the course of investigation, some issues are found. In the last, the author presents the measures to solve the problems.
