Along with the phenomenon that colleges and universities are expanding their scale of enrollment, Higher education has shifted its emphases from elite education to poplular education. At present, the universities graduates are sharply increased, while the speed of society employment posts' increment is slowed. It is more and more difficult for the universities graduates to catch on with the situation. Questions like how to relieve the employment pressure of graduates and how to find a reasonable and optimize way for the human resources' use have already drawn common concern among various circles.Despite of the phenomenon resulted from structural conflicts that more and more college graduates are unemployed, which shows the amount of students in China are over load,the quantity and quality of China's higher education student,are still far from the demand of social and economic development while compared with those of the developed countries.This study attempts to deal with this situation and provide solutions tho the employment problem among graduates in China,which has connected to the world wide knowledge economy on the background of globalization.The study is basing on summarizing existing research results home and abroad, By providing questionnaire and doing on-the-spot investigation,we have got the employment difficulty ,the research focuses on the analysis of the problem of as well as solution to the employment difficulty for China's university graduates.The paper is composed of five parts: introduction, three main parts and conclusion, the content is as follows:The introduction talks about the significance of the topic, present studies and the basic line of thought.Chapter two is brief review of employment theories, summarizing the existing research results home and out and analysis of the college graduate' employment situation in Kunming city.Chapter three conducts some interrelated statistic analyses, using the survey data.Chapter four draws conclusions in four aspects.The conclusions are as follows:(1) Graduates' knowledge and capabilities can not adopt social requirements. As a result, there many vacant posts in job market while a large number of graduates can not find their jobs;(2)We should strengthen employment guidance and perfect employment market;(3)We should deepen thereform of graduates' employment; (4)We should strengthen the government's regulating power .This study provides some policy suggestions for Kunming Municipal Bureau of Personnel in graduate obtain employment after universities be expanded.Chapter five is assessment of conclusions.This study targets on how to alleviate the university graduates's difficulty in employment.focuses on the perspective of human resources department.
