With the rapid growth of college student number, college graduates are now under great pressure in employment. Therefore, with the purpose of promoting employment MOE put Employment Guidance Course into the teaching syllabus while it doesn’t work well, and the teaching effect is not good as expected and most graduates can’t get real guidance needed from it.In recent years the integration of information technology and subject curriculum has got support and concern from experts and scholars. As a new course, the research on the integration of Employment Guidance Course is still fairly limited. My study is regarding the current integration situation of information technology and Employment Guidance Course in provincial colleges and universities. This is also a data support for the follow-up study.The paper is divided into four parts. The first part focuses mainly on the background, questions, purpose and significance of the research. We collect the arrangement and related literature of information technology and employment guidance course. We can take these as the theoretical foundation for the following integration research.The second part is questionnaire survey, including the questionnaire design, the sample selection, questionnaire distribution and questionnaire collection. At last we come to the fourth edition of the questionnaire. We take as study subjects 200 employment guidance teachers in 10 universities at different levels in Jilin Province. Finally, we obtain 191 effective questionnaires.The third part is the questionnaire analysis. First we examine every question in the questionnaire then we study the attitude difference of the employment guidance teachers towards the curriculum integration, as well as the integration level difference and problems they meet with in the process. Finally comes the conclusion of the present study.In the fourth part we deal with existing problems we meet in the employment guidance course and put forward related suggestions. The author suggests that the employment guidance teachers should put more time on information technology and curriculum integration and choose the proper way to speed up the curriculum integration process. Colleges and universities should ensure to provide necessary materials and facilities and publicize more to promote curriculum integration. The ultimate goal is to boost the job opportunities and employ rate of students in Colleges and universities through the curriculum integration.
