Study On College Students' Career Confusion And Countermeasures

With the rapid development of social economy and higher education in China, the employment problem of college students become a focus which social all circles pays close attention to extensively. Professional development is an important part of the all-round development of human beings, the period of university life is critical time for professional career education and career planning. In globalization and information times, the whole world is full of variability and uncertainty, career development path is more difficult to predict and define. College students'career confusion is researched in perspective of the chaos theory of career, so that we can analysis and explore on its solutions.This paper firstly discriminates relevant concepts and defines career confusion, so as to provide basis for the next study on career confusion and countermeasures. Secondly starting with the analysis of career decision-making process and structure elements, it analyzes deeply influence factors, causes and difference characteristics, and describes self-assessment question for individuals in the state of career confusion. Thus the problems about college students'career confusion are defined generally. Thirdly it states the cognitive deviation of career confusion, the individual's special misunderstanding, uncertainty about the goals of career planning, the individual's ignorance of self factors and the imperfect system for career counseling, so as to explain the limitations of strategy and methods for individuals and career mentors to deal with career confusion. Lastly according to the thought that individual can study , and also adapt to the dynamical change of career development and initiative to seek for changes, in order to run after career spirituality we can obtain a set of countermeasures adapting to individual-self in career confusion. Meanwhile on the basis of in being career counseling system, it innovates the idea of career counseling, explores and builds a suit of career counseling system which is suitable to individual-self and the nature of career development.The study is to stand on the up to date theory height to survey the essence of career adaption for college students, so as to find a career counseling path which can help college students to realize sustainable development. Thus it will be in favor of helping career counseling worker to define clearly the questions on career adaption of college students, and provide career counseling service which will be more targeted, flexible and pragmatic. It also will be to benefit of solving the problems about career adaption at a fundamental level, cause college students to survey career development with a far-reaching perspective, keep out enough room for maneuver, realize initiative adaptability with a flexible, rational and optimistic mentality, reach well state of career adaption, and finally model excellent fate.
