In the elementary school mathematics teaching, we not only let the students "learn" mathematics, but also let students "will study" mathematics, "love learning" mathematics, and fully excavate students' innovative thinking and practical abilities, which we need to follow the children's cognitive development law ,and we will guide our classroom teaching with new curriculum concept from student's actual conditions . In the informative background, how can play the power of information and technology, better implement effective classroom teaching, have already got more and more people's attention ,and it is inevitable to times' development .This study attempts to analyze current situation of northwest normal university affiliated elementary school mathematics classroom teaching, this paper will discuss teaching strategy accord with pupils cognitive laws, feasible and high efficiency and cultivating pupils'innovation ability and practical ability and team cooperation ability - effective teaching strategy for primary school mathematics classroom in the informative environment.This paper is divided into seven sections. The introduction part introduces background and significance of the research, stated the issue of content and the research methods and explained related concepts were used in the research. The second chapter is the main theoretical basis for this study, introduces children's cognitive theory, teachers and students collaboration interaction theory, new curriculum concept and so on in detail, so as to provide theoretical guidance for topic research. The third chapter, analyzes effective teaching situation for primary school mathematics classroom in the information environment, two aspects are analyzed main from teachers' teaching situation, student's study present situation. The fourth chapter, based on the information environment for primary school mathematics classroom effective teaching strategy research, which is based on the content in front launch, and introduces the classroom teaching problems in strategies should be noted, then puts forward effective teaching specific flow from study angle. The fifth chapter, on the basis of chapter 4 of this conclusion, designs two teaching case, and begins action research. The sixth chapter analyzes effect of the application and gets my own research conclusion.Studies show that if we pay attention to the classroom teaching strategies, it will greatly motivate students to learn mathematics interest, it also help cultivate students' practice and innovation ability of thinking; Chapter 7summarys the innovations and shortcomings of this study.
