Since the inception of teaching ,educators do the research about effective teaching of the theory and practice all the times . How can teachers teach the students effectively, how can students learn effectively, how to promote human's development according to teaching are the key issues from our home and abroad. But classroom management is the basic conditions for survival, effective classroom teaching is an important guarantee for the smooth implementation. It can determine the level of teaching quality, affect the speed and level of student development. Therefore, good classroom management is affecting the effectiveness of teaching , it's one of the most powerful factor.The subject according to read lots of related literature, based on the domestic and foreign academic theory on effective teaching, classroom management theory research and analysis, and integration with China's specific national conditions. We find in the New Curriculum Reform, classroom management is moving from obey characteristics of traditional management to people-oriented, student development for the purpose of effective management, elementary school mathematics classroom management as well.This topic is divided into four parts, the first part of the relationship between effective teaching and classroom management; the second part of the current process of effective teaching , elementary school mathematics , classroom management problems and impacts; the third part of the process is effective teaching at the elementary mathematics and classroom management issues in the cause, the fourth part of the targeted improvement from the four aspects of the classroom management, promoting effective teaching elementary school mathematics implementation strategy, and through teaching practice sufficiently validated. Practice has proved that the establishment of this multi-dimensional issues in classroom management goals, explore effective learning in the teacher guide the implementation of effective co-management class, to establish effective classroom management strategies and evaluation methods are in large part to improve classroom teaching effectiveness . It's an new curriculum content to ensure the effective implementation of the new teaching goals laid a foundation also for the general line teachers provide operable reference.
