Girls of Today are women and mothers of tomorrow who are not only the builders of the national future but also the birth of the hope of the nation . The education of ethnic minority girls is related to economic development and harmonious ethnic relations in minority areas.In the introduction, First of all, this paper introduces the reason of the topic's choice. Linxia Xinzhi Street Primary School is located in the typically minority areas with backward economy. But the school education of ethnic minority girls has its unique features and impressive achievements here. What are the deepest reasons behind these? No doubt, the case study on girls of ethnic minorities in this school has a good reference. In order to carry out research, this paper uses the literature, interviews, field observation, and other research methods while drew on educational equity theory, multicultural theory, educational theory and so on. In the part of the fourth quarter reviewed and combed the education of girls in China and girls of minority in our study. The author highlighted the main content of education of ethnic minority, including present education, the reasons of girls'school failure in ethnic minority areas and the strategic improvement of the education of girls in minority. In the second part is the main part of the study. Firstly, the author introduces the achievement in the education of minority girls in Xinzhi Street Primary School, and secondly, discusses these deep-seated reasons, including changes in social attitudes, the effective implementation of educational programs, family support for education of girls as well as scientific and effective education of school.In the third part is the research summary and distillation. Based on Kang Le County Xin Zhi Street Primary school girls education success factors on the basis of summary.The article puts forward five suggestions about consolidating and enhancing the northwest minority girls education.One is the perfect corresponding laws and regulations for minority education provide security .Two isled by the government ,raising in many girls education for miorities to provide adequate fanding ;Thirdly, synergies effect is to launch a multi-effect refers to the power of working together in order to improve the education of girls, especially vigorously seeking for the support of the local religious people. The Fourth is to pay more attention to"example effect"to promote the academic atmosphere around the typical formation. Finally, differences Effect refers to the ethnic differences in girls which should be treated differently and given special care and attention.
