Girls of Today are women and mothers of tomorrow who are not only the builders of the national future but also the birth of the hope of the nation . The education of ethnic minority girls is related to economic development and harmonious ethnic relations in minority areas.In the introduction, First of all, this paper introduces the reason of the topic's choice. Linxia Xinzhi Street Primary School is located in the typically minority areas with backward economy. But the school education of ethnic minority girls has its unique features and impressive achievements here. What are the deepest reasons behind these? No doubt, the case study on girls of ethnic minorities in this school has a good reference. In order to carry out research, this paper uses the literature, interviews, field observation, and other research methods while drew on educational equity theory, multicultural theory, educational theory and so on.
