The coming of the new century gives ethic education the historical opportunity but also the impact As well as the challenge. This paper mainly analyzes the requirements lodged by knowledge economy and the era of Internet on contents systems methods and approaches of ethic education for postgraduate students, and puts forward that the sense of world education will be a new field of ethic education, multilevel will be the tendency of methods and approaches for ethic education. Based on the ethic theories, ethic opinions, reality value and successful experiences of the foreign as well as approaches. This paper makes innovations on the basis of the optimizing the traditional ethic contents, gives the key work to foster the cultural view of wisdom, ethic view of SciTech, ethic view of ecology and ethic view of socialist market economy, mean while, this paper also puts forward ecological cultural view and the methods as well as the approaches of ethic approaching to life to improve the efficiency.
