The essay is written because of my concern about the problem of the tiresome of learning among the junior students in Zhuhai ESZ. The investigation s from many countries and areas show that there exists a serious tiresome of learning both in primary schools and middles in every country. The problem of the students? tiresome of learning in our country is also very common. Zhuhai, as one of the earliest ESZs in China, has made tremendous achievements in its economic construction, however, there is no doubt that the development of its education falls behind. As to the development of Zhuhai's elementary education, the students? tiresome of learning has become an urgent problem to be solved in carrying out the quality education. This essay is a result of my understanding of the junior students of Zhuhai SEZ and the investigation through face-face talk with them. After the general statement of the concept of the learning view, more is given on the concept of the motivation which includes three types of inner drives. After the analysis of the relation between motivation and learning interest and learning attitude, based on the the characteristics of the junior students?development both in mind and physics, stress is laid on the necessity and importance of training the students?correct learning views. Through face ace talk with the junior Grade Two students of Zhuai, three types of learning views are classified, which are the ideal type, the common type and childish type. The students with the ideal type of learning view represent a comparatively perfect view of learning. They have strong and clear motivation, full of energy and vigor, and push themselves to study harder, but they are the small number among the students. Those with the common type of learning view makes the greatest percentage. They are the quiet and easily-neglected group. As they rise to higher grade, their enthusiasm for school and study drops and most of time they begin to complain about classroom study and about homework. The students with the childish view of learning is immature in mind and they are always forced to study .They have their own point of view about the school and teachers. With a wrong learning attitude but a serious tiresome of learning, they are often in the conflict with the teachers and parents. They are usually the difficult challenge to the teachers. The analysis of the students with three different types of learning views indicates that teachers and parents are the two important factors that influence the forming of learning view. As to the teachers and parents, their personality, their career development plans and career morals, the responsibility, and the ability of teaching are significant factors. After the analysis of the main characteristics and problems concerning the learning view of the Zhuhai junior students, the following suggestions are made on how to strengthen in the building-up of the students? correct learning view: 1. Teachers should adjust their views of education and form a correct attitude towards the students, pay more attention to their personality and take more care of the students both in thinking and learning. 2.
