Abstract As a theoretical teacher of the educational psychology in Quanzhou Normal College,the author realizes the importance and urgency of implementing creative teaching in various schools, so the purpose of the article is to discuss some important theoretical and practical problems in creative teaching and to provide some help on further study in this aspect. The experience梥ummarizing method, document research method and comparison method are adopted here in the article. Creativeness is higher level quality. Creative teaching is an active in which the teachers aim for creativeness, apply suitable teaching principles and merthods and emphasize on the training of the students creativeness. At the present moment, its implementation should be under the guide of the qualify-edu~ation thought, the theory of Constructive Learning and the Invesiment theory of Creativity, and in accordance with the study laws and creative laws. There are some essential distinctions between creative teaching and successional teaching, at the same time, there also exists some relation between them, from the latter to the former, it is a sublation. In the creative teaching, the training of the creative cousciousness should be specially taken into consideration. So according to the views of the investment theory of Creativity and theory of Constructive learning, both creative motivation, particularly the stimulation of the interior motivation and creative thinking, particularly the training of divergent thinking should be emphasized. In addition, to meet the requirement of both the Theory of constructive Learning and the Investment theory of creativity, and creat and support the class atmosphere and environment of creativity training, It should include (1) union harmong, cooperation. (2) happyness, relaxation meaningfulness; (3) freedom, safety (4) active enterprise and creativeness; (5) appoach to the reality of life; (6) consciousness and autonomy. And some effective measures should be carried out.
