As the soul of the processing of a nation, innovation reflects the characteristics of the time and the necessity of the educational reform. Now we are living in the time of knowledge梑ased economy, which is an entire new economic formation and should be based on the innovative talents. The training of the innovative talents relies on the innovative education, which is implemented by the innovative teachers. In this thesis, the in梔epth, the target, the content and the rule of the innovative education will be clearly analysed. On this basis, the key to the implementation of the innovative education will be put forward, which is to train the innovative teachers. In additon to this, the main characteristics and the fundamental quality of the innovative teachers will be discussed. Hope all these will benefit to changing the lag and the lack of innovative education in China. Brief introduction of author: Jin Binhua, male, was born in Zherong county, Fujian Province, in 1972. After graduating from the department of education of Normal University of Fujian in July of 1993, he is now a teacher devoting himself to pedagogy. and psychology in Grade Teacher梩raining Department of Ningde of Fujian Province.
