Innovative Education. Educational Reform

The era of knowledge-driven economy, in which study melts in the society, calls for lifelong education. This asks us to establish the education idea in conformity with it, reform current structure of education, pursue quality-oriented education and innovation education, and train the innovating type talent so as to meet the needs of development in this era.On the base of summarizing and studying the internal and external documents, this paper carries on some thinking and probe in the two aspects of educational structure and innovative education through the summary of Chinese education since educational reform. Next are the research range, main research content and research approach of the paper.1. From the combination of the theory and practice, this text tries hard to define the intension of innovation education and put forward the content system, principles and implementing methods of innovation education.2. Against the current situation of educational development undertaking of our country, we hope to gain more expansive social psychology and value space for quality-oriented education. More self-determination rights should be given to schools at all levels. Intrinsic pattern of judging schools' achievements should also be changed.3. Based on case analysis, we think that over-fierce competition examination is the largest obstacle to quality-oriented education and competition education should be changed into qualified education.4. Analyzing the main factors restricting innovation education, we suggest some changes in education, they are, from low-level education to high-level education; from low educational investment to high educational investment, from training talent people for a special field to training generalists, from dividing subjects into art and science to infiltrating art and science, from phased education to lifelong education, from being disciplined by others to self-discipline and so on.5. To carry out innovation education in class, we must reform the traditional educational pattern and practice a new one in which students study on their ownunder the teacher's direction so that the learning process will become "the process to build and construct oneself.6. With the method of comparing data from between our country and other countries and between cities, we compare, study and carry on the many-faceted exposition and bring about some solutions in thinking concept, training pattern, educational administration pattern, teaching method, class teaching and subjects infiltration and so on.Through the use of documents, real examples, survey, and case analysis, this paper offers the functional departments of higher level some new educational reform thoughts, educational concepts and measures to adapt to the new century development, and make some perspective suggestion on the school education development as well.
