Abstract The object of this research is located at several weak schools in LanZhou City. With the guidance of modem educational ideology and modem education theory, based on the actual situation, this research regarded the optimizing of teache? s educational technology qualities as the key point., it paid much more attention on the application of instructional design and advanced educational thoughts in the Teaching course. It made the student~ learning action as the subject and ultimate goal, to gain the whole optimizing of the class teaching. The first part has interpreted the research background, research meaning, research method, and has discussed the expected result of this research. The second part has explained the guidance of modem education theory, Teaching theory and learning theory in class teaching. The third part is the key part in this thesis. Through the study of cooperation and communication among students, with the specific analysis on the example class teaching, it has explained the importance of the application of Modem Educational Technology(MET). It has also testified the former effect dissertation. The fourth part has strengthened the results which have been ii studied in the third part. Through the analysis about the difference of transverse contrast and vertical achievement in the achievement of the teaching class, it proved the powerful efficacy of MET in class teaching from an impersonal angle. The last part has summarized the achievement which has been studied in this research, and also make a profound reflection and discussion on the problem which has appeared in the course of the study. At last, it has pointed out the direction of the feasibility of them.
