Empirical Research On The Teaching Approach—Optimizing Combining Application To Basketball Coarse For Girls In College

Today,The vocational college girls' participation and enthusiasm is not high in the basketball class,so we should put forward new requirements in basketball teaching reform in vocational college,but how to improve vocational college girls basketball class' s enthusiasm and participation,and make them understand basketball better,even participate in basketball,eventually they obtain the comprehensive development of the physical and mental health.This has become a subject urgently to be solved for the physical education teachers in vocational college.Using interview method,questionnaire survey,experimental method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis investigation,we survey the vocational college girls' basketball class,and find some causes made their interests not high,poor technical mastery,and physical quality development not obvious;According to Shijiazhuang people's medical college girls,we make a teaching method-----optimizing combination experiment in basketball class.The design of optimizing combination experiment is clearly not only improve the vocational college girls basketball class' enthusiasm,the basketball skills mastery and the physical quality development,but also establish the principle of optimizing combination :effective,fun,competitive,cooperative,and periodical.At last,we ultimately determine the basketball class teaching method optimizing combination plan,and carry out a semester(32periods)experiment.On the basis of mathematical statistics and analysis of experimental data,we make the following conclusions:(1)In this paper,according to the actual situation of vocational college girls basketball class,the teaching method of optimizing combination using common all kinds of teaching methods,and emphasize entertainment,fitness,funny and basis.In different teaching contents and different teaching phase,we study various teaching methods even accepting or rejecting.(2)Basketball class teaching method optimizing combination is obviously improve vocational college girls strength quality and endurance quality.(3)Basketball class teaching method optimizing combination is clearly improvevocational college girls scores and standard movement in passing,dribbling and moving shooting.(4)Basketball class teaching method optimizing combination is effective in improving vocational college girls interests in learning,correct attitude,strengthening extracurricular basketball activities.Through the basketball teaching method the optimum combination experiment,the physical education teachers can use different teaching methods in different teaching contents and teaching stage to improve the students' interests in learning,students' understanding of basketball,and the students' physical quality,so we can achieve the purpose of improving teaching methods and improve teaching efficiency.We create the good conditions for the all-round development of students physical and mental health,and provide ideas for the vocational college basketball sports teaching reform,especially the girls in basketball teaching.
