Teaching Management And Countermeasure Of Radio Broadcasting And Television University

ABSTRACT By applying metbods of various subjects such as Marxist theory of education ,pedagogy and teaching management ,and by analysizing the current condition of our high education and features of the Radio Broadcasting and Television University (RBTU) ,this article emphsizes on how RBTU should take its responsibility during this special time of vitalizing the nation by science and education. Also this article probes deeply into the countermeasures on teaching management of RBTU when facing the challenging in the knowledge ?economic times. The article is divided into four parts as following: Part I : A survey on the present situation of the modern high education in China. It introduces briefly the achievements of our high education ,analyses its important role to our society, and also states the disadvantages of the assignments after graduation under our current high education system. Part I Other high education methods besieds the regular one. They mainly refer to correspondence school, staff school, Radio Broadcasting and Television University and evening school. A brief introduction is made on their features respectively, and an emphasis is also laid on the necessity and possibility of opening RBTU, the features and the role of it are also concerned. Part I Analyses on the characteristics about the regular and irregular high education, the unique value of the irregular high education and the features in the all - life education system. Part IV: The countermeasures for the management of RBTU. First, it states the importance of strengthening the education and the management under the current situation. Second ,it presents the teaching management in RBTU, the goal and direction in the reform of RBTU as well as its role in the reform of the state enterprises. Third, it summarize the teaching experience and deals with some problems emerged in the development of RBTU, such as teachers and the construction of the teaching materials. Last, it mentions how to strengthen the educational inspector system and how to speed up the construction of RBTU when facing the challenges in the knowledge - economic era.
