The idea of Quality Education is the main top of current education reform of our country, and it is also the trend of current educational development in the world. ?Centered by the Learners?and Attention on children抯 subject?have turned out to be the basic tendency of value for this educational reform. How to reflect the basic ideas of quality education, and establish the ideas of centered by the people in the biological teaching materials reform for infants teaching in the new century are the keys to the questions. By studying and researching the current study theory and courses, and on the basis of teaching practice, I have made some studies and practice on how to make full use of students?subject, and eventually put forward the ideas and drafts for the reform. The theories have played a positive role for promoting the standard of the biological teaching materials for Infant Teacher抯 School.
