The Research On The Interior Management System Of The Incorporated University In China

The university's incorporation is the important measure of the university's structure adjustment and advanced education management system reform. As we know, a university is a systematically complicated organization. When several universities which have long history and different characteristics are incorporated into a new one, the different objective orientation ~ the different regulations the different working emphasis and the different operation pattern make the incorporated university face with many new contradiction and problems in many aspects, especially in the interior management system. The thesis has the research on the interior management system(IMS) after incorporation through the combination of the theory and the practice, which can contribute to improving schooling quality and efficiency, and further the IMS reform, and developing the advanced education enterprise.Conducted by the Den Xiao-ping education theory and the I 5~" people convention's spirit, applying the basic th~nries and method of many sciences, such as the management science~ the personal administration sciences the education science and the economics, the thesis expounds and analyzes the interior management system of the incorporated university based on the theory the practice systematically. In the first part, the relative theory about the IMS has been expounded, and the basic elements of the interior management system has been put forward, including the management institution~ schooling .~ the personal management.. the stuff and finance management.. the relationship among the different departments.. the logistics management and the management principle. Based on these elements, the construction of the interior management system has been analyzed. In the second part, the present situation about IMS of the incorporated university in china has been evaluated, and the primary effect achieved by the IMS construction has been discussed, and the existed problem hasbeen put forward, and the reasons has been found. In the third part, the author has pointed out some strategies about improving and strengthening the IMS construction. Meanwhile, some other conclusions about the IMS have been emerged , such as the management institution construction, the talent development pattern, science construction, personal management system construction, the objective orientation construction, the relationship adjustment among different departments. Finally, the author has also pointed out that if we want to improve the IMS construction, we must firstly find what our existing problems are. Furthermore, we stick to the educational reform, change the traditional conception, pay attention to the talent's development, wield the staff's enthusiasm and create the better exterior environment. All of the mentioned strategies will contribute to the reform and development of the universities' incorporation.The thesis sticks to the combination of the theory and practice and the macro and micro combination, it has some special new opinions in analyzing the IMS construction. Firstly, the characteristics of the IMS are concluded. Secondly, the management pattern is put forwar& The nattern is different from that of the ordinary university. Thirdly, the organization form in schooling and scientific research can adopt the flexible assembling. Finally, different policies are provided according to the different nature and function during the logistics construction.
