This paper research the management and motivation problem on administrative staff of Northeast Normal University under the foundation of review lots of documents as well as investigation and research deeply, to apply the theory learnt, adopt the method of combinding the qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. The paper makes instruction systemically with comparing way about the historical revolution of motivation theory. It states the characters and status as well as role concerning college administrative staff, analysis the problem existed and reasons caused during the administrative work. Thereby, points out that management and motivation of administrative staff is the centric work that furtherly deepen reform of management system internal college; the establishment of the performance check system and scientific evaluation, is the core.Combing motivation theory and the specific situation of research target. This paper constitute the adjustable schedule of Northeast Normal University based on it, confirming the organization of administration position and people. The problem of existing salary system of the administrative staff in Northeast Normal University are analyze and the concrete perform advice are put forward.By using motivation theory, conforming the performance evaluating system of Northeast Normal University, based on investigation, it draw up weight. By using fuzzy mathematic and message thesis, it put forward multiple fuzzy synthetic judgment method, and advice of feed back in perform evaluation and sequence use. This paper analyze the problem of post promotion, encouragement and welfare, education and output. It put forward the advice o further reform. Specially, it think about the reform of post promotion deep, it pointing out that it must standardprocess management and intense the management.This paper put forward the advice of management and motivation scheduleevaluation personnel education, message communication, and so on.
