Since its foundation in the late 80s of 20th century, physical Education & sports(PES) in P.R.C.C. has developed quite slowly; as for the relative systematic researches, even fewer researchers have ever shown their concern for it. By exploring the three pattems(normal state, negative state and positive state) for the overlapped development of PES and other disciplines, the importance and necessity of establishing a consummate system are stressed in this dissertation.In the body, this dissertation conducts systematic surveys in the present researching condition form five perspectives: in the survey of its developing history, we found that comprehensive researches in PES which regard it as an independent discipline dates back to 20s of 20th century. In the survey of its disciplinary definition, it is evident that domestic scholars as well as those abroad mix PES with Physical Education & Sports Science, among them most Japanese scholars understand PES from the pedagogical perspective. In the survey of disciplinary property, PES is regarded possessing the three properties of "human body science", "humanities science" and "comprehensive science"; it is also held that PES is the science of managements and mass PES as its sub-discipline should be taken as sociology. In the survey of disciplinary researching object, "Researching target replace object", "One system, multi researching objects", these phenomena commonly exist.Based on systematic researches, we establish the methodological basis for the disciplinary system of PES in connection with logic. "The establishment must obey the rules of rising from abstract to concrete, and its category-deduction must begin with the disciplinary category of station-point."Under the guidance of this methodology, this dissertation develops on the basis of the disciplinary logic starting-point, and aims at establishing the disciplinary system of PES through category-deduction both horizontally and vertically. It is found that "exercise" serves as the logic starting-point. Three horizontal categories are made out: Existence of PES, Intrinsic Quality of PES, Ideas of PES. In the vertical sense, "Existence of PES" possesses three sub-categories, among which we have "PES in spare-time Condition", etc. Its seven third-level categories include "Physical exercise", etc. "Intrinsic Quality of PES" has four sub-categories such as "Property of PES". Among the three sub-categories for "Ideas of PES", "Object of PES" is included.
