The new century (the 21st century) is on era for both great opportunities and challenges. The presure and challeges from every aspect make heavier the pupils' psychological presure, who are changing physically and mentally periord in adolescence, which leads to all kinds of troubles and abstacles of psychology and produces many problems of actions, the sense of inferiority is one of the commonest obstasles of psychology. If prevents greatly the junior middle school students from developing well.On the base of plenty of investigations and with the combination of reading materials, visiting and talking, it is found that the tendecy of the junior middle school students who lives in the countryside in Chongqing municipality by the analysis of sense of inferiority: the sex difference is great; the grade difference is (not great) small; the sense of inferiority mainlg appears in human communication, society communication, making a speech and eloquence and so on; the difference between them and the senior grade pupils and the senior students in the countryside is very great; the inforiority difference between them and the junior students in the city is very great. This article also analyses the inferiority and the inerierity's influence on the junior middle school students who live in the countyside.This article analyses the main factors causing the sense of inferiority of the junior middle school students in the countryside in Chongqing municipality: the factor of studentself, family and school. The studentself's factor includes: the obstacle of selfconsciousness and the negative cnaracter feature; the family factor includes: educational way, family formation, family income, parents' quality and the standard of education etc; the school factor includes: the teachers' influence, the classmates' function etc.On the base of the theories' solving the problem of inferiority of the the junior middle school students who live in the countryside, such as the mutually influence and analysis theory, the active concern and self concer theory, the modern subjective education theory, the spuring theory. The article puts forward the following principles that solve the inferiority problem of the junior middle school students in the countryside: the subjective principle, the democratic principle, the expecting principle, the repeatedly successful principle, the encouraging and respecting principle, the properly evaluation principle, the practicable principle.According to the main tendecy and reality of current educational situation in Chongqing municipality, this article puts forward the four educational strategies: To overcome the obstacle of self consciousness and the negative character feature, forms right selfidea; to set up a democratic, pleasant, lovely educational situation, makes students advance with confidence, pleasure and activity; to take many kinds of pyschology supporting measures solves the problem of inferority; Form the educational strength by combinating with schools, families and society together.
