The fast-developing modern society and the poor present condition of the oral teaching make our teaching research face the serious opportunity and challenge at the same time. In the condition, we point out the research for the goal system of Oral Chinese in senior school.The research gets to work from the limit of conception firstly and give more reasonable explanation to the oral teaching and the oral communicative ability. Then it bases on the teaching practice and a large number of the reference materials, and investigate the step results of the research of the oral teaching for 20 years after our country reformed and opened to the world, at the same time analyse deeply the reason for the oral teaching effect which is not very good. We think there are three reasons:(1) The mistaken understanding to the relationship between Oral Language and Written Language leads that many Chinese teachers often ignore the oral teaching in teaching practices, which is the deep reason.(2)The problems that appear in establishing the goal system of the oral teaching influence the realistic effects of the oral teaching directly.(3) The unscientific character of the oral materials also prevents the achievement of the teaching goal.The goal is the expectant effect that is produced by the teaching, and the firs* problem of practicing oral teaching is that we should establish a more scientific goal system of teaching. However, before doing this, we must make further inquiry to the theoretic problems about oral communication. These problems contain: (1) the relationship between Oral Language and Written Language;(2)the difference between oral communication and written communication;(3)oral rank and the requirement of oral quality;畉he substance and structure of the oral communicative ability.The oral communicative ability is a individual systematic experience. It is made up of four factors, these are knowledge, skill, tactics and thinking about the oral communicative activities. These four factors play different parts in the composition of the oral communicative ability. They are relatively independent, but they are linked and restricted with each other, and they establish individual classified experience system as the core of thinking commonly.From the basic of the analysis to the students in senior school, we try establishing the goal system of the oral teaching from two dimensional angles. The first one is Use four factors of the ability structure. What goal level should they reach during the teaching. So we separately establish knowledge goal, skill goal, tactics goal and thinking goal. The second one is the developing level dimensional angel. We divide the teaching goal into junior, intermediate, advance levels and make these levels cooperate with knowledge, skill, tactics and thinking. From this, we establish the orderly goal system of teaching that is fit for the rule, which follows in order and advance step by step. We believe the goal system of these two dimensional angels can play a certain guiding and reference part for effective operation of the oral teaching in senior school.
