Oral communication has become the basic quality of the individual will be missing in the condition of market economy,oral communication ability is the basic requirement of Chinese course in vocational schools,is the basic quality of the vocational students in all walks of life to work.However,the majority of students in the oral communication inadequate understanding of the lack of a certain standard of language experience,psychological disorder is more serious in oral communication,lack of knowledge accumulation,thinking ability is low,the overall lack of oral communication ability.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the study of oral communication teaching in secondary vocational schools,find out the existing problems,and optimize the training design of oral communication for improving the oral communicative ability of secondary vocational students.According to the current situation of Vocational Students' oral communication teaching pay attention to combining the questionnaire and interview meal problems analysis of secondary vocational students oral communication,analysis of the lack of vocational students oral communicative competence,analyzes the effect of secondary vocational students' oral communicative ability development of teachers' factors,family factors,the factors of students and school management etc.the factors,finally,based on the existing literature,combined with the practice of the oral communication teaching to improve the students' oral communicative ability and the countermeasures and suggestions.Put forward to expand vocational students' oral communication teaching from two aspects of oral communication teaching and oral communication teaching,oral English teaching methods should focus on democratization,situation,modernization and diversification,to integrate the teaching contents,optimizing teaching evaluation system in vocational schools,combined with the professional requirements of spoken communication,secondary language teaching should be combined with professional features,tendency to cultivate professional skills in the reform and adjustment of teaching contents and teaching methods in the.In the aspect of teaching contents,increase for students oral communication training section,in the way of teaching is beneficial to training students' oral communication link,pay attention to the penetration of occupation consciousness excitation and occupation skills,Chinese curriculum evaluation reform inherent standard,promote diversified evaluation standard.Practice has proved that the teaching practice of oral communication in secondary vocational school students is effective.Based on the practice of oral communication based on the training of oral communication training for marketing professional,secretarial and other different professional,with sales,reception and other characteristics of the communication are put forward to improve the quality of oral communication case,professional countermeasures and suggestions,help to improve the language ability of students to make it into a vivid simulation of the scene,the use of the professional advantages,establish a good interpersonal relationship,improve students' ability of social communication,so as to better adapt to the occupation development needs,improve the occupation development ability and comprehensive quality.Therefore,this paper puts forward the ideas and Countermeasures of oral communication teaching in secondary vocational school students,which can optimize the teaching of oral communication for secondary vocational students in a certain extent.
