At present, in middle schools we pay more attention to explaining the passages, disclosing the language points and training the skills for examinations. This kind of teaching is full of material gain .It directly result in the boring classes and the depressing teaching. Because of that, the students can't fully express their bright ideas and can't expand them .For students, they can't well develop their quality. In fact, the characters which are a tool expressing the writers' ideas are a kind of culture itself. Through all the literature works, we may see the different development of the same school during the different periods; we may also see the development of the different schools during the same period ; besides, we can feel the different motions of the same writer, poet and scholar and the same and different motions and ideas of the different writers' poets and scholars. That is to say, there are a lot of culture factors in these works .What they emerge is the plentiful and colorful spirit world of the human and they are the spirit home of the human. In middle schools, one of the tasks in the Chinese teaching is letting students derive the best in Chinese culture, and making them become the best successors in our socialist construction. As the nucleus of the tradition culture, the ideas of Ru and Dao have fargoing effect on the whole Chinese. They decide the development of the literature .So we should explain the literature works to the culture, pay attention to the combination of tradition and modern, and give full play to our professional knowledge. If we do so , we can satisfy students' need further. This is one of the important ways to develop and improve students' quality.
