Text reading ability is one of the essential basic skills of middle school Chinese teachers.It is the foundation and premise of efficient reading teaching.Especially in the deepening of the new curriculum reform today,the classroom mode,learning style and so on have undergone tremendous changes,the new language classroom to Chinese teachers text interpretation ability put forward higher requirements,first-line middle school Chinese teachers to adapt to the current Chinese classroom,improve the efficiency of Chinese teaching,we must work hard from the text interpretation,improve their own text interpretation ability.This thesis tries to reflect the problems through questionnaires and after-school interviews,starting from the importance of text reading ability to the professional growth of Chinese teachers.through questionnaires and after-class interviews,it is found that the text interpretation ability of Chinese teachers in practical teaching is not very high,mainly manifested in the lack of rational understanding of text interpretation,lack of guidance of text interpretation methods,lack of originality,follow others,and so on,to analyze the causes of these problems in both subjective and objective factors.And from three angles,the author discusses the strategies to improve the ability of Chinese teachers in middle schools: teachers — — attach importance to teachers' self-improvement,strengthen theoretical learning,and master the interpretation side From the perspective of teaching practice —— we should attach importance to teaching practice,set up correct view of text interpretation,cultivate good habit of text interpretation,establish multi-dialogue,enrich Chinese classroom teaching form,change reading role,and perceive the text as a whole.
