Emotional education, seeing a long history, attracts people's attention graduallyin such a competitive society. Emotion is the people s experience from the real life,which is one of the most important psychological factors and plays a very importantrole in the process of cognitive activities and practice. Active psychologies and thepassive ones lead to completely different teaching effects, especially in the Chineseteaching classes. As an important part of emotional education,it focus on emotionssuch as training of students, teaching students the emotional concerns, attitudes andbeliefs, encourage students to raise the overall health and personalitydevelopment.Chinese teaching, compared with the teachings of the other sciencesubjects, has its unique priority in human and has a profound effect in thepsychological field. Emotional education in secondary education has an importantposition and value. As a consequence of examination-oriented education, there existsa serious phenomenon of emphasizing knowledge while devaluating emotion, whichleads to the students losing interest in study. This also leads to their indifferentemotion. Emotional education is the implementation of both the emotional educationcurriculum requirements, but also to establish a good relationship between teachersand students to promote comprehensive development. The function of emotionaleducation in teaching has aroused more and more attention, but the results are not sosatisfactory. From both of theoretical and practical perspective, My dessertationemphasises on the importance and the practicability of emotional education,meanwhile, I also put forward four ways to help this kind of learning.This article is divided into three parts: the first is the emotional education of thefeatures and functionality. This paper argues that emotional education is a concept,for the current emphasis on education, awareness, rationality, ignoring emotional stateof their argument. It is part of the educational process, not a special separate form ofeducation. And from contact with the outside world and the people and theiremotional conflicts, etc. to construct educational objectives. Emotion at home andabroad, the status of education research is proposed based on the characteristics andvalue of emotional education. In the second part ,I analyzes the status of secondarylanguage education in China, discusses the emotional education and languageteaching in the inner contact, make the process of language teaching in our secondaryschools to implement the need for emotional education. In the third part ,I proposedfour ways in secondary school education. In conclusion, the topic in this paper hasbeen made achievements in implementation ,while it confronts with some probles aswell.
