The Investigation About The Loss Of The Junior High School Students In The Rural Areas Of ZhangYe Prefecture And Its Corresponding Countermeasures

My article is based on the theory of the educational management and the current educational laws/ policies as its guide. It is applied to the investigation about the loss of junior high school students at Zhangye prefecture, Hexi Corridor, Gansu province, with the achievements of educational administrative science, education, educational psychology. I've made a comprehensive analysis to the investigation and made a concrete suggestion and corresponding countermeasure how to keep the achievements of the nine-year-compulsory education in this area.First of all, this article thought it would be necessary to give an investigation about the loss of the junior high school students and the interrupted studies of some students for seven rural junior high school in the whole region, distributed over one municipality and four counties.Secondly, during the process of the investigation, I tried to apply a serial laws and policies of our country, including the law of compulsory education, Non Adult protection Act and the other laws and policies to prevent the loss of students, reading a lot of research achievements about the interrupted studies came from some specialists and scholars, inquiring, interviewing, class observing and reading Students archive, hi addition, I made an investigation from the following: 1. The basic situation of the loss of students; 2. The returning rate of the students who interrupted their studies; 3. The reasons of hating school for the students who interrupted their studies; -4. The students whose parents' Viewpoints to the interrupted studies; 5. The teachers' viewpoints; 6. The students who interrupted their studies, how to comment their teachers' instruction. I've got some datum and materials through the investigation, collecting and analysis, I found out the real the realreasons of the interrupted studies. They are the parents ideas lagged behind, the teachers' old teaching methods, educational system and social environment, not poverty. The teachers ignore the education to young men humanly.Finally I'll make some suggestions:1. Go further to improve the educational thought and the direction of schooling, promote the educational reform and raise the degree of propaganda about the compulsory education. 2. Continuously improve the teachers' morality and raise the teachers' professional knowledge level. 3. Promote the basic courses osmoses with rural practical technology and professional courses, and issue the two-qualified-certificate. Strengthen the attraction of school to students. 4. Raise the development degree of courses and improve the contents of the present courses and the phenomenon of the students apart from the actual life. 5. Strengthen education according to law and make comprehensive control to the interrupted studies.
