Research on the Kinetism of Rats in Different Air Conditions100 one-month-old rats, of Kunming species, male, are randomly divided into 5 groups, the 1st group are fed in normal air condition, receiving no training; the 2nd group are fed in medium-polluted air, receiving no training; the 3rd group are fed in normal air condition, but receiving training; the 4th group are fed in medium-polluted air, also receiving training; the 5th group are fed in serious-polluted air, receiving training (climbing rods once ten minutes every day). Body weight is one of the indexes denoting health condition; growth curve indicates a dynamic observation of the rats during their growth and maturity. As for the rats in five groups, they are almost of the same birth area, species, sex and feeding environment, so any variation in weight can only be concluded as the impact of different air conditions. And the growth and maturity of the rats in the serious-polluted air are obviously restrained. The length of the time spent by the rats in climbing rods shows the volume of their athletic capability which involves noncurrent and endurance. The experiment proves that the serious-polluted air does cause a negative impact on the rats' athletic capability and that the effect of the rats' athletic training in the medium-polluted air is counteracted. Ferrohemoglobin is the basis of the red blood cells, the height of its content reflects the organism's capacity to transport oxygen & carbon dioxide and its cushioning effect on the acerbity & alkali substances produced by metabolism. The main function of the white blood cells is, through swallowing bacteria and immunological reaction, to protect and defend the organism. In normal condition, the number of trainees' white blood cells is comparatively low because of the commercialized function of the white cells. Glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT) mainly exists in liver. Endurance training, excessive stimulation and oxidizer would all lead to the rise of the free radical's concentration which in turn would damage or breach the cell membranes of the liver synthesis, causing the possibility of the cell membranes' being easily penetrated, increasing the activity of GPT in blood serum. These three blood indexes show that different conditions impact organism differently. We can therefore come up with such a hypothesis that: for those adolescents or juvenile athletes who live and grow in a serious-polluted condition, it is not proper for them to accept much endurance training which can neither improve their kinetism, nor do any good to their growth and health; In medium-polluted air condition, training or not training will not make much difference to the adolescents or juvenile athletes as far as health is concerned, but as far as body function and mental happiness are concerned, it may be a different thing.Of course, the extrapolation from animal to human-being through the data obtained from zooscopy is qualitative, needing carefulness and caution, because it concerns such factors as measuring, species sensitiveness, etc. In addition, the effect may be stochastic or non-stochastic, direct or indirect, immediate or chronic. So more multi-aspected experiments should be done to support the above hypothesis.
