Study Of Educational Fund Security Management System Of The Fourth Military Medical University

The Educational Fund Security Systems(EFSSs) of the Fourth Military Medical Universiry(FMMU) are meeting more chances, new challenges as well as multifold difficulties under the current conditions. For these reasons, it becomes important field which needs to be deeply exploited in catching the chances, rising to the challenges and overcoming difficulties, Finally making a great progress. Basing upon present positions of EFSSs, we have atudyed it fiscally by applying current administrative theories. This study aims at finding deep-seated problems involed in Operation of EFSSs under current framework, as well as reasons. Further more, a kind of model has been established for evaluating EFSSs being in our Campus-wide Information Systems(CWISs) and many valuable conclusions have been drawn. In respect of these conclusion, feasible plans and solutions have been put forward. This thesis was expatiated through five parts:At first, we characterized the present position of EFSSs in military colleges that gave a clue to this article. Introductions of EFSSs of FMMU were followed. And then, many questions exist in EFSSs were disclosed and also analyzed deeply. In the fourth part, We put light on reconstructuring EFSSs of FMMU, necessary supervisal on whole proceeding and undergirding budget manegement. The other measures such as to build Educational Fund Administration Informational System in CWISs, to improve support way in practice and conceive proper model for evaluating benefit of EFSSs in militarycolleges which would feed back effectively afterwards were also recommended. Finally, we gave out several recommendations and solutions about new system. It consists of changing mind, improving support way, building local combination system of Educational security, Optimizing resouse distribution aswell as regulating manegement system. In a brief, we could not get the goal------"Supporting well" untill undergirding budget manegement, expenditure structure, consolidating supervisal and raising educational and acedemic mud by multicate ways have completely been finished.
