Cultivation of bringing forth new ideas is the very core of mathematical quality education. Fostering "the Four Hare"students with a sense of bringing forth new ideas is the ultimate aim of quality education. How to foster the students with the ability to bring forth new ideas in mathematical education is a problem demanding prompt solution for us mathematics teacher. Carrying out the research into mathematical quality education and fostering the ability to bring forth new ideas is of great importance for the students to be bold in bringing forth new ideas and developing. It will also promote teaching reform of mathematics teaching in secondary schools and give impetus to mathematical quality education of secondary schools.Based on the research into quality education and mathematical quality education, the thesis summarizes my years' teaching practice. In the light of the view that theory should be integrated with practice, the thesis deals with the subject as follows.The first part inquires into the cultivation of bringing forth new ideas in terms of the teaching and practice of mathematical modelling of secondaiy schools. The second part probes into the cultivation of bringing forth new ideas in terms of the teaching procedure of mathematics teaching of secondary schools. The third part mainly expounds that carrying out the study of research subjects in mathematics teaching of secondary schools is an important way to cultivate the students' ability to bring forth mew ideas.
