Democratization Of Education In China: Ideals, Backgrounds And Principles Of Thought

Social reality must be taken into consideration when dealing with educational problems. Meanwhile, democratization of education in China cannot be separated from the certain social backgrounds of economy, politics and culture. Therefore, with the intention of illustrating the relevant principles of solution for the possible obstacles of implementing the ideals, this dissertation, which firstly establishes three core ideals, which are equality of education, democratization of educational management, democratization of teacher pupil relationship, respectively, discusses the ideals and their backgrounds and, furthermore, puts forward some basic views on the reciprocal causation between democratization of education and the development of humanity and society , and the future of democratization of education in China as well.
