A variety of problems arise in education, more or less having some internal connection with teacher-student relationship. That is why teacher-student relationship becoming a hot spot, also facing an embarrassing situation. Under the influence of democracy become mainstream social values, advocating the democratic relationship between teachers and students is the ultimate goal what we strive for. However, today's teacher-student relationship had some degree of alienation, neither a traditional teacher-student relationship should be performance, nor is respected and we strongly advocate the democratic type teacher-student relationship. Although its headlines, and the euphemistically called "democratic-type" teacher-student relationship, but it appears we have many unexpected issues that hinder the smooth development of educational activities and to undermine the division between teachers and students innocent student relationship. We can't help but ask: Our teacher-student relationship is gonging on? Teacher's authority disintegration, student's freedom abandonment, and various of "false-democracy" facts existed in the teacher-student relationship. We could not help but do not reflect the existence of teacher-student relationship's reasonable and value. Created a desire for democracy is not a better reality of many, this teacher-student relationship is really what we want to build the kind of teacher-student relationship it? We know that educational activities in all the whole essence of education is the relationship between the formation of the fundamental principles of good education, simply by democratic norms and requirements to construct a harmonious order of the teacher-student relationship is not enough. Therefore, we need teachers and students of the democratic type and significance of relations of understanding and re-examine, for the establishment of democratic type teacher-student relationship, we should maintain a reflective critical attitude, not blindly worship the benefits of democracy should also see its shortcomings, to prevent simple copy the concepts and procedures of democracy, into a "myth of democracy"; and on this basis to build a new type of teacher-student relationship of democracy. This paper has five parts:The first part is introduction. This section first describes the reasons for democratic teacher-student relationship become a hot spot, and then respectively summarized the status of democratic teacher-student relationship at home and abroad, on the basis analyzed the deficiencies of existing researches, and the myth of democratic teacher-student relationship.The second part is interpretation of the democratic teacher-student relationship and its significance. Explained the origin of democratic teacher-student relationship and its practical significance, and pointed out today's teacher-student relationship faces an embarrassing situation, as well as simply analyzed the myth of democratic teacher-student relationship.The third part explains the various manifestations of the myth of democratic teacher-student relationship. Such as the connotation of the democratic relationship between teachers and students misreading, authoritative digestion and freedom to the flood, education field existing the false democracy, democracy becomes "most people tyranny" all sorts of myth phenomenon.The fourth part is analyzing the myth of democracy-based teacher-student relationship's reason. From a different point of view the reasons for the myth of democracy-based teacher-student relationship, both internal causes and external causes. Points out the significance of teacher-dignity way out, education disciplinary powers frustrated, education trust of cultural crisis, and the displacement value of human nature in education is the main reasons caused the myth of democracy-based teacher-student relationship.The fifth part is based on democracy and the achievement of teacher-student relationship means of reconstruction. Firstly explanation the unique spirit of the charm of teacher-student relationship between education, pointing out that the relationship between the educational content and features; secondly is to propose a theory of human nature and emotional phenomenology of Max Scheler is its theoretical basis; thirdly is put forward the strategy of constructing the good education relations, divided into moral, institutional and social three levels requirements.In short, the teacher-student relationship is a good development of persistent pursuit of the objectives of our education. Analyzed based on the myth of democracy teacher-student relationship, pointed out building the good education relationship's urgency. Democracy's appropriateness issues in education and the democratic relationship between teachers and students orderly developed questions are worth our reflection. Any neglect the educational principle of teacher-student relationship build is only empty talk.
