Objective To study the status and risk factors on Subhealth of the teachers in institution of higher learning to provide scientific proof for prevention of them; To evaluate the economic burden which the Subhealth of the teachers in institution of higher learning leads to in order to improve the cognition about ponderance and harmness on Subhealth of teacher in institution of higher learning; To combine body, psychology and the ability to adapt society et al to establish the diagnose criterion on Subhealth of the teachers in institution of higher learning by means of the Delphi Method.Methods To combine the methods of epidemiology and it's math model. To choose the teachers in all kinds of nineteen in institution of higher learning in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, special economic area, the Zhujiang Delta, the north of Guangdong, the west of Guangdong, the east of Guangdong to analyze the circs and the risk factors of Subhealth. Analyse the direct economic expense and bring forward prevention countermeasure and controlling opinion.Resultsl.To send out 10000 shares of questionnaires, then reclaim 8662 shares of them and 8417 shares of eligible questionnaires.The reclaim rate is 86.62 percent and the eligibility rate is 97.20 percent.2.The Subhealth status of the teachers in institution of higher learning:857 teachers in health status, accounting for 10.17 percent;3853 teachers in lighter status,45.77 percent;2008 teachers in severe Subhealth(the pre-clinic status),23.86 percent; 1699 teachers in illness,20.20 percent. The rate in subhealth status is 69.63 percent in Guangdong province in which the main is lighter subhealth , 65.71 percent and the severe subhealth , 34.29 percent.3.In the symptoms of Subhealth, the ratio of mentality symptom and body symptom in the teachers in Subhealth status is higher than others, next energy, the ability to adapt society, the ability of immunity and severe Subhealth(the pre-clinic status).4.The risk factors on Subhealth: age, BMI, working without pleasure, accepting the work exceeding one's ability, dissatisfacting with the actuality life, not being recognized about the working ability, smoking, being short of exercise, not having breakfast, less than 6 hours sleeping per day, no good sleeping quality and often working overtime.5.To carry out experts consultation by means of the Delphi Method. The reclaim percent is 100% firstly and 76.19 percent in the second time. In the first time W=0.439 (P=0.000) ,the second time W=0.501 (P=0.000) .Conclusion1.The percent of the teachers in institution of higher learning in Subhealth status is 69.63 percent and consistent with the WHO figure while higher than some countries' reporting. The Subhealth status among the teachers in institution of higher learning is more severe.2.The age less than 40 is more dangerous than others.In severe Subhealth, advancing 10 years than the whole people, female is more serious than male in this age phase.3.The all kinds of expense on Subhealth of the teachers in institution of higher learning is 43 hundreds million. The Subhealth status in teachers is a severe matter of public health and social care.4.To avoid Subhealth according to adjusting psychology, correcting bad life habits, improving working efficiency, reducing working pressure, improving one's habitude.
