Instructional design is the process of forming the teaching plan with all the teaching elements in well-designed management in accordance with the teaching aims and educational target.At present, the major instructional designs that are adopted by class teaching in our nation are teachers-centered. This kind of design puts the embers is on the teacher's role in the process of teaching. However, it neglects the students' cognitive major roles. Education aims at the structure of people. So, the present instructional design could not fit for the new way of modern education any more. So the new way of teaching, students-centered appeared and developed quickly at the turning point of promoting practical education to quality education, especially in fundamental education .In another word, the Instructional design requires that the role of the students should be put on the first placed the student should be the positive contractors of knowledge. In recent years many models appeared in class- instructional Design and many educators have a lot of researches and studies reacted to it .The aim of this article is to clarify the influences of teaching design which is students-centered on students intents of studying, competence of studying and marks in their biological learning, through practice teaching of biology in Junior School.Form the analysis of these researches, we can draw a conclusion: The teaching process is a teacher with the student's double side activity. The teacher undertakes the different role with student in the teaching activity. The student is the corpus of the teaching activity. The study's success perhaps fails the mental state that suffers student's studies with the corpus function influence that develops. Regarding student as the center of instructional design follow the students' developing regulation. Therefore, the instructional designs as the students of the corpus in the biological lesson can increase the student's study interest, the ability of acquiring knowledge, and the active consciousness. All of these match the request of the modern educational teaching.
