With the coming of information society and the developing of knowledge economy, human resources is becoming more and more important in the development of economy ,science and technology. The universities and colleges are not only the factories but also the high density places of human resources. About the quality or quantity of the talented people are much higher than the other places, so it is very important to strengthen the human resources administration in universities and colleges.To meet the demand of the era and the development of the situation, the thesis brings the quintessence of the post modernism thoughts into the human resources management in universities and colleges. It analyzes and expounds the concept from natural and social ecological sides. The natural ecological concept includes: practicing green teaching, developing green technology, building campuses with green material culture. And the social one includes: revolution in thinking field, building an innovatory and ecological environment of higher learning, creating an ecological atmosphere of the people relation and spiritual culture in campuses. The paper also tries to establish a new management system of the human resources in universities and colleges.The findings in this paper are valuable to the human resources administration in universities and colleges. Because it is written from a completely new angle and together with the characters of the knowledge economy era. And it hopes to take the theory to a higher lever.
