Research On The Education And Management Of The Students' Apartment Under The Background Of Logistics Socialization

The promotion of credit management fades the concept of class, and weakens the original management system with class as the unit. The college students are concentrated and stable relatively in the dormitory, and they spend one third of their time in school staying in their dormitory. Therefore, the students'apartment is not only the place in which the students live and study, but also the important position which can give college students ideological and political education and behavior education. To enhance the construction of students' apartment and improve the comprehensive quality of university students is the objective requirement of modern educational development.Under the background of college logistics socialization reform, the subject of Chinese university students'apartment management presents diversified situation, the student's legal awareness and subject consciousness is growing, and the student's apartment has become a new position of ideological and political education. In this context, how to improve and strengthen students'apartments management is a new topic to school administrators which need explore and practice urgently. This paper first discusses some problems of current Chinese university students'apartment on education and management:emphasis on the management of "things" excessively; weaken the humanistic care and ideological and political education; obsolete management mode; simplex estimate of management effect. And then it analyzes the reasons on four aspects:the concept of management, the team of management, infrastructure and the student. Finally, it puts forward detailed countermeasure, directing to the problems and their causes:transform the traditional ideas and fully understand the importance of education and management of the college students'apartment; construct a scientific system of the college's apartment on education and management; strengthen and improve the construction of college students'apartments management service team; strengthen the ideological and political education in the college student's apartment in various channels; and enhance the college students'consciousness of self-education and ability of self-management. And especially pay attention to highlight the guiding ideology of "human-oriented" in these countermeasures.
