The Education Security System (ESS) is one of the most important son systems of the Social Security System (SSS), which was bored at the certain stage that the Social Security System developed. It is based on the complete development of the modern industry and the economy. Education, technology, with the social civilization, they three made the result of the birth of the ESS by the close combination to each other.
