Nowadays, following the rapid development of the science and technology, the information technique plays an important role in the daily life, study and work, also in the education. Because of the increasing subjects and knowledge, students have to learn more knowledge to catch up with the times. However the study time of the student in school is invariable or even less. The traditional teaching method that embodies mechanical memorizes and forcing students to do lots of exercises are not adaptable to the development of the ages gradually. The chemistry is a subject that is based on the experiments. As to some dangerous or time-consuming experiments, the traditional teaching methods are incapable. Appling of the new technique and CAI in the process of teaching can broke the limitation of the traditional teaching method, and complete the task smoothly, and show the process of the variability of the atom and the molecular in the inner matter vividly. It can make the abstract concept become visualized and concrete. It can also make some experiments which need a long time and have danger to showed in front of the students, it can help the students to master them. It can show the process of the complex chemical work and the explosion of the nuclear and the diffraction of the X-ray, then enlarge the view of the students. As the newborn thing, the multi-media assisting high school chemistry teaching became booming in or out of the country.However, that we proceed high school chemistry teaching using CAI is still at the stage of research now. At the same time, multimedia has many mistakes of the cognitions and shortage of practice. On the cognition, someone exaggerates the CAFs function in the teaching, thinking itomnipotent and can solve all traditional defects if using the CAI. But some people holds the contrary standpoint, they think that the MCAI is only the using modern technique to proceed traditional teaching. In the teaching practice, the multi-media CAI is casually used for observing or prelection match, but seldom used in usually teaching. Although a lot of teachers have recognised the importance of MCAI, they can't create the ideal CAI courseware without enough knowledge about CAI. In the aspects of courseware creation, the professionals and the teachers become disjointed mutually. The teachers are unable to creat courseware, otherwise the professionals knew little teaching knowledge. It resulted in the professional's courseware is inapplicable for teacher's teaching. Although there is a lot of chemical MCAI courseware for high school, there are various qualities, and not any useness, which doesn't fit for instruction. Based on the characteristics of MCAI and its current problem, the essay try to put forward some concrete and viable projects in both theory and pratice, in order to give the teachers illumination and referrence and promote the application of chemical MCAI in high school.The essay introduces the development background and present conditions of the MCAI. From both aspects of domestic and abroad, we look back the MCAI's origin and booming, point out the difficlties faced the Chemistry MCAI and look forward to the answer to the problem that exiting in the present high school. Based on the present conditions, we propose as follow: 1 ., An increasement of the educational budget: 2^ more emphases on the study of the Chemistry multi-media courseware; 3 ^ paying more attention to the teachers' training, increasing the teacher's the character of CAI; 4-, impelling the continual education, establishing a society which everyone eager to study.No practice can work well without guidance of theory.
