The Outlay Problems Of Rural Compulsory Education From The View Of The Management System

Rural compulsory education in China has obtained great achievement during long-term's development. But inevitably there lie a series of problems,particularly in the aspect of outlay's collecting and distribution. These problems are resulted from so many facts as our economy's lag,as education investment prior to higher education,etc. However,these are outside facts of rural compulsory that can't determine outlay's collecting and distribution.The management system of compulsory education refers to institution's setting,subjection's relation and purview's partition that has critical function in compulsory education. It affects every aspect of compulsory education including the manner of outlay's collecting and distribution of course. So the dissertation begins to study from the view of the management system of compulsory education.The dissertation consists three subsections:The first subsection defines the concept of the management system of compulsory education and sums up the existing findings;The second subsection lists the problems of rural compulsory education and analyses the causes of outlay problems;The third subsection brings forward the solutions.
