The thesis studies the problems of college students' values from mass communication's angle. Through the investigation, college students' contact with media and the influence on college students' values by it are analysed. On the basis of studying the relationship of them, the thesis concretely analyses the positive impact and the negative impact on the college students' values produced by the mass communication as well as fully studying the impacts from theoretical perspectives. Finally, constructive suggestions are put forward to avoid negative impacts from the aspects of guide of media ,administration of government and cultivation of educational institution. In this way ,the college students' value will be up to the standard of society.
