The teaching mode of supervising independent learning was a very important form about education of diathesis and course revolted. Yet, it was difficult to realize under the traditional way. The rapid development of technique of multimedia-net was bringing new power for the independent learning. What I 'd done on a grade-group experiment was to search for how to establish and build the best resource of teaching and the teaching mode of biology under the environment of Multimedia and Network..The results of our experiment are as follows: first, teach students in accordance of their aptitude, and realize teaching each other. Second, improve teaching quality and efficiency in biology of middle school. Third, develop the students' sensibility and efficiency including inducement, interest, habit and synergic heart of study and so on. Forth, improve the ability of inaugurate and ideation.Through the experiment, I think if supervising independent learning under the network environment achieve success, first, it is crucial to set up a best network education resource. Second, in practice, build up and carry out "give priority to pupils, teachers for supervise " teaching view and hold the correct rote relation between teachers and students.
