Human societyis transforming from industry economy to knowledge economy.The soul of knowledge economy is creativity as it calls for creative personnel who can only be cultivated through creative education. Section One takes a brief review on the origin of Creative education and its employment in China;traces its relationship with Quality Education;clarifies its nature and basic principles. Section Two makes clear bothe the nature and the function of Morality and Politics;points out the challenge if has to meet in present situation;proposes the necessity of adopting Creative Approach in teaching Morality and Politics. Section Three presents the Creative Approach in five aspects :grades and evaluation;coursebook;teaching method;use of multimedia; teachers personal performance.
