| Education shall be regarded as the foundation of a long-rang program,and teacher shall be deemed as the base of education.Meanwhile,more high-quality talents are needed to realize Chinese object of two-century struggle,achieve the"China dream"of great rejuvenation,and build into a strong,democratic,democratic,civilized,harmonious as well as beautiful socialist modernization power.Under this circumstance,it is necessary to give priority to develop education.Since the 18thNational Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee centering on President Xi Jinping attaches high importance to cultivate the socialist builders as well as successors by considering the situation and looking ahead.Besides,it insists on taking the morality education as the central link,and making ideological and political work run through the entire process of education and teaching,so as to realize the comprehensive education and strive to create a new situation in the development of China’s education.At the recent symposium of ideological and political teachers,Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that morality education is the fundamental task of modern education;ideological and political courses are the key curriculum for implementing the fundamental task of morality education;politics teachers are the main force to achieve the educational objective of morality education.Therefore,under the background of accelerating the educational modernization,properly running the satisfied education,and cultivating the new era of national rejuvenation,the requirements for the quality of middle school political teachers are increasing.For this reason,to study the core quality training on middle school political teachers is of great significance for continuously improving the overall quality of middle school political teachers,achieving the goal of humanistic education in middle school political course,and cultivating adolescents into the well-rounded socialist builders as well as successors.By comparing the quality,teachers’quality and middle school teachers’quality,this study believes that the core quality of middle school politics teachers mainly include four aspects,which are ideological and political quality,professional theoretical knowledge,teaching ability and abundant information about current politics.Combined with the status of political politics education in middle school,the shortcomings existing in current core quality of middle school political teachers are summarized.For example,the ideological and political quality is low,the professional theoretical knowledge is insufficient,the academic teaching ability is weak,and the grasp of current political studies is inappropriate.The causes of these problems include:relevant departments’inadequate attention to teachers’work of ideological and political education,teachers’low awareness in teaching reflection,as well as teachers’incomplete learning and understanding of the current politics information.In response to these problems,this paper proposes that in order to realize the goal of morality education and exert the leading role of teachers in ideological and political classes,it is required to strengthen the core quality training on middle school political teachers.The specific measures are:strengthening ideological and political education,improving ideological and political quality;consolidating professional theoretical study,laying foundation for specialty;adhering to the teaching-study integration,enhancing teaching ability;introducing current political news and broadening classroom horizons.This study expects to provide theoretical reference for the core quality training on middle school politics teachers,enrich the theories and practice of educational development on middle school politics teachers,and accelerate the positive development of teachers’specialization. |
