The creative education, which appeared in the 1940s and 1950s, has attracted worldwide attention in this knowledge economy times. Americans have attached great importance to the study of creative pedagogy, and Germany, France and Britain followed, pushing the research of creative model squinty. Our country has begun the study of creative pedagogy as early as 1980s and has achieved initial progress. Subsequently, creative teaching has become the main content of school subject researches. As far as today's Politics leaching of Middle school the traditional teaching mode that mainly deals with the examinations is crucially hindering the development of creative teaching of Middle school Politics. As a result, the Politics teaching is still under the yoke of "teaching rules, underlining rules, reciting rules, examining rules and then forgetting rules." This paper, based on the intension of creative teaching aims to give a all-sided illumination of the significance of adopting creative teaching in Middle school Politics, from macro to micro, theory to practice. On this bares the paper establishes a baric system and framework of creative teaching initially, from teaching mode to specific methods, teachers and students, knowledge-passing to ability-training and textbook improvement to school assignments changing.This paper will take up the following 3 points one by one.(I) Defines the intension of creative teaching. This paper thinks that creative teaching is a course of teachers' creative teaching and students' creative absorbing.(II) Reveals the significance of adopting creative teaching in Middle school Politics from the perspective of macro and micro. In macro, adopting creative teaching is the demand of educating creative personnelas well as carrying on quality education. The essential task is to accelerate the three developments of students, that is the entire, round and characteristic development .the symbol of the characteristic development is the development of creative spirit, creative thought and creative ability. In micro, adopting creative teaching is the demand of both fulfilling its function and teaching practice. The teachers develop the innovative consciousness, creative thinking character, innovative spirit and develop and improve the innovative ability of the students by passing theoretical knowledge, as well as by the moral education and knowledge education function of the politics teaching of Middle school.There are still many problems in today's middle school politics teaching against the development of creative education.First, the educational idea is out-of -date. Second, the teaching objective is simplex. Third, the teaching modeliry is hidebound. Fourth, the teachingevaluation is unilateral. Therefore only to take creative teaching can increase the attractiong of middle school politics teaching and cultivate our students' creative conciousness and abilities.(III) Establishes the system of creative teaching of Middle school Politics, which is also the most important part of this paper. First, teachers should renew their ideas in the course of creative education, i. e, foster a new thought about teaching objectives, clarifying the definitions of qualified personnel and common students; acquire a correct understanding on the relationship between teachers and students, discarding the thought of "be obedient to teachers", pursuing the notion of "be democratic in teaching". Second, introduces the strategy of creative teaching from the perspective of teaching mode, teaching methods, passing knowledge and educating students. Advocating opening in teaching mode, adoptingmultiplicity in teaching methods. Stressing corpus in teachings of class, treasuring process in passing knowledge; emphasizing personality in educating students. Last, discuses the operating mechanism of creative teaching. Therefore it is necessary to establish a new introductory, stimulant and evaluating system in order to cultivate the students' innovative consciousness and ability. Reformation should...
