Theoretical Research On Sports Subject Strengthen Health Education

In the new century, political and compulsive characteristic of Chinese sports will inevitably decline. Meantime Chinese sports will pay more attention to the health and entertainments. Because of the development of health education to health promotion, sports will play a more and moreimportant role in health education. We can judge that it is an inevitable trend that sports combine with health education. After a widely reading of sports science of human body, I bring forward the problem that the traditional sports science concern less for health than it ought to, thus argue the necessity and possibility of sports science joining to Chinese health education. The paper in the end put forward the means and steps of traditional sports science joining with health education from the school physical education' s point of view.
