University is taking an important mission in cultural education and construction in universities.We must pay attention to the cultural construction of colleges and universities to improve the cultural soft power.As a subculture of social culture,University culture construction is closely related to the function of the university.University as a senior personnel training base,its purpose is to cultivate more comprehensive quality of higher education,it Put forward higher request to the quality of higher education.In the aspect of higher education quality,it needs to train high-quality talents with innovative spirit and innovation ability flexible and lifelong.Improve the comprehensive quality of personnel training is necessary requirement in improve the quality of higher education.Therefore,we need to pay more attention to students' comprehensive development and the students' group.From the aspect of students' individual and the point of Marx's theory of human science,the reality of the people to pay attention to the progress of student's comprehensive quality and innovation ability.We need to use the whole concept of culture to run through the process of education and realize the cultural heritage,cultural innovation and cultural consciousness,to achieve the cultivation effect of culture on people.On the content of cultural education,pay attention to the cultural heritage,cultural innovation and cultural consciousness,to achieve the positive impact of culture and the cultivation of the role in the process of educating people,the focus is use the value concept of culture to civilize the college students to improve the quality of personnel training and higher education.Perspective analysis of human theory in the cultural education is guided by the theory of human science,on the basis of the concept,theoretical connotation and characteristics of the culture to clarify the connotation and extension of cultural education,to analyze the influence of culture on the human beings.With the theory of human science as the theoretical support,pay attention to the discussion and new development of the theory of human study at home and abroad and pay attention to other education theories,to the research on culture for the positive role of internalization deeply,to cultivate more comprehensive quality and creative ability of high talent,and will be actively concerned about the new progress of the theory about human,provide more theoretical support for the development of culture education,promote educational culture in Colleges and universities.First of all,from the aspect of the theory of human science,to study the concept,the connotation and characteristics of the study,to clarify the connotation and extension of cultural education,and elaborate the theoretical basis of cultural education.From four aspects,human existence,nature,value theory and development theory to elaborate the influence of culture on people's reality.From the perspective of human science on cultural education,this study discusses the human theme of cultural education in universities.The goal of cultural education to achieve the inner effect of culture,improve people's overall quality,and ultimately to achieve the development of people by the the penetration of cultural values.From this point,the goal of cultural education is agree with the pursuit of Marx's theory of human science,it embodies the theoretical appeal of college culture and education to the "people".As a part of cultural education,people can not only be the implementation of cultural education in Colleges and universities,but also the object of cultural education in Colleges and universities,the existence and the essence of human beings is the object and basis of the implementation of cultural education.The realization of people's value,the development of people's development is the purpose of cultural education.Secondly,from the perspective of the theory of existence,nature,value and development to discuss the theory and practice of cultural education in Colleges and universities.The existence of human beings,man's practice,subjectivity and active existence is the starting point of the cultural education in university.The nature of human nature and individual nature is the basis of the cultural education in university,it is necessary to grasp the essential characteristics of human nature firmly.The social value and individual value,the value of individual standard and collective standard are the problems that must be clarified in the value construction of cultural education in Colleges and universities.The foundation and premise of value education is to distinguish the different attribute of value and recognize the value characteristic.The theory of human development is the real destination and human study appeal of the cultural education in Colleges and universities.This article analyzes the problems,causes and solutions of the cultural education from four aspects of the theory of existence,the essence,the value theory and the development theory,it enrich the theory and practice structure of cultural education.Finally,from three aspects of the human construction of cultural education in the university,the construction of human science theory,the construction of human learning path and the construction of the practice of human science.Theory construction includes the construction of humanism philosophy,goals and content.The system construction should be people-oriented,including the education system of administrative organization system,the education and teaching system and mechanism construction.The research of practical construction of human study mainly from the cultural education of classroom construction,starting from the tradition of the first,the second and third class,and pay attention to the construction of the network classroom,forming cultural education classroom force.We can force three aspects of cultural education theory,path and classroom construction,to promote the development of cultural education jointly.The difficulty of this study lies in the study of cultural education in Colleges and universities from the perspective of Marxist humanities.There are still many deficiencies in the depth of the study.There are still some deficiencies in the theoretical analysis and methodology of the two.This is also a problem more attention should be paid to in the follow-up of this study.At the same time,with the development of the times,cultural education in Colleges and universities will face new challenges.Therefore,more attention will be paid to the epochal and forward-looking nature of research.
